We are proud to introduce our new offering of customer coax cable assemblies. These assemblies are made in house and at an affordable price. Just follow these easy steps to get your assemblies made in no time for all your avionics and wiring needs!

Step 1: Choose your coax cable.

  • RG58A/U: Standard cable for experimental avionics installations. Single shielded stranded conductor, jacket type - PVC.
  • RG58C/U: Standard cable for experimental avionics installations. Single shielded stranded conductor, jacket type - Non-PVC.
  • RG400: Standard cable for radio installations. Double shielded stranded conductor, MIL-DTL-17 spec. Approved for certified aircraft.
  • RG142: Double shielded solid conductor, MIL-C-17 spec. Approved for certified aircraft.

Step 2: Enter the desired length of the assembly. This will be the length in inches from the end of one BNC connector to the end of the other BNC connector. It is important to remember to convert any fractions into decimals when entering in the above form. (e.g. 48-1/2 inches should input as 48.5)

Step 3: Enter your quantity. E.g, for two of the same assemblies, enter quantity 2, etc.

Step 4: Choose End One.

  • Male BNC: Male BNC terminate to coaxial cable crimp on connectors meet specifications from MIL-C-39012 cl2 Category B.
  • Female BNC: Female BNC terminate to coaxial cable crimp on connectors meet specifications from MIL-C-39012 cl2 Category B.
  • Male TNC: AMP Male TNC Crimp Connector.
  • Female TNC: Female TNC Crimp Connector.

Step 5: Choose End Two.

  • Male BNC: Male BNC terminate to coaxial cable crimp on connectors meet specifications from MIL-C-39012 cl2 Category B.
  • Female BNC: Female BNC terminate to coaxial cable crimp on connectors meet specifications from MIL-C-39012 cl2 Category B.
  • Male TNC: AMP Male TNC Crimp Connector.
  • Female TNC: Female TNC Crimp Connector.

Step 6: Click Add to Cart to move the assembly to your cart for checkout or click Reset to start over.
