-1 star cant change between CC and CP Aircraft Spruce needs to contact the vendor and have them include an instruction manual. Though the box said it was included, no instruction manual was included only a quick start guide. The QR code only takes you to the website for the charger - theres no instruction manual there either. Every lead acid aircraft battery CMM differentiates between charging in Constant Current and Constant Potential and cautions you against charging improperly. Without the instruction manual to instruct how to change the charge between CC and CP this will only result in negligence when destroying someones battery. I connected the charger to an unairworthy, but otherwise good battery and ended up disconnecting the charger when the voltage reached 16.9 volts and 8 amps. When I can figure out how to control the volts and amps like the 20 year old TDMC 90, it will work just fine.
Doesnt quite meet the specs for charging Concorde batteries. A 42 Ah battery needs to be able to charge at a max of 34 Volts. Almost there. Maybe Teledyne should read the Concorde CMM so they can make their charger meet the specs for those batteries.
Do not recommend. The TDMC 90 could charge at a constant voltage - this wont. For that reason and others, the description is misleading. Instead of this, buy the GC-12 or GC-24 that Aircraft Spruce sells for for $239
