The Universal Module Mounting Tray Kit for SV-HDX1100 provides the installer with a quick and easy method for mounting many of the commonly used SkyView electronic modules right behind the instrument panel. This puts the equipment close to the power distribution busses and the pitot-static plumbing, making the retrofit of a new glass panel into your airplane quick and easy. Maintenance access is also quick and easy, as every module is accessible through the display unit’s instrument panel opening after the display is removed. This kit provides the Module Mounting Tray along with the hardware necessary to install the tray permanently to the instrument panel. It also mounts all of the required and optional electronic modules with exception of the Remote Magnetometer. The tray features nutplates for mounting the SV-HDX1100 Display Unit, the SV-BAT-320 Back-Up battery, the SV-ADSB-472 ADS-B IN receiver, the SV-NET-HUB Network Hub, and the SV-EMS-220 Engine Monitoring System module, or the SV-ADAHRS-200 ADAHRS module (if EMS is not desired) directly to the tray. Additional modules can be stacked upon the SV-EMS-220 Engine Monitoring System module or the SV-ADAHRS-200 ADAHRS module using the EMS to ADAHRS/ARINC Module Stacking Kit and/or the ADAHRS to ARINC Module Stacking Kit as appropriate. |
Received a small piece of aluminum angle and a mixed bag of screws, washers and one locknut. Poor threads on the pre-attached nutplates on the mounting tray.
