The Turbine Inlet temperature (TIT) probe, is installed in the exhaust stack accumulator to a maximum depth of 1/2 inches and approximately 2-4 inches from the turbine inlet, on the wastegate side of the turbine. The TIT probe is shipped with a #48 stainless steel clamp.

JPI probes are the fastest responding, longest- asting, most accurate ones in the business. I just replaced my first TIT probe in 10 years.
