CA751-871 | Gasket, Fuel Strainer | 05-06829 |
FAA approved improved fuel strainer seals for Piper aircraft. Many of the new seals feature fuel proof fluorocarbon that won't swell or degrade like the origional Buna N seals. All seals may be purchased seperately, or in convenient kits containing both the upper and lower seal for one fuel strainer. |
Very well made and fits my Bracket tow bar and Cirrus G7 perfectly.
Gasket Fuel Strainer CA751-871
Pa32-300 fuel bowl. Perfect fit!
Gasket Fuel Strainer CA751-871
Just a pair of o-rings but a perfect fit on the bowl of my 1987 PA32R-301.
These gasket kits need a better description. I went to the McFarlane website to try and decide which kit was best for my Aztec. I picked FSP-KT2 thinking that the top o-ring was better that the cork gasket. The o-ring was way too bit. I have since revisited the McFarlane website and you can hit a menu to determine which kit is right for your plane. If you have an older style Piper fuel strainer, I would pick the FSP-KT1 kit as it looks like that type has the proper type gasket that goes between the bowl and the top inlet piece. The bottom rubber washer worked great. Aircraft Spruce = more info needed to help the consumer determine which kit is right for your customers.
