3M™ Neoprene High Performance Contact Adhesive 1357 is a versatile, solvent-based adhesive that offers fast handling strength, water resistance, and high-temperature performance up to 250 °F (121 °C). While commonly used for bonding most metals and plastics, it is also suitable for large surface panels or composite lamination. This adhesive dries quickly while allowing time for positioning and adjustments, making it ideal for applications involving materials such as metal honeycomb composite, stainless steel, and wood panels.

Since its inception in 1954 it has become one of our most versatile solvent-based adhesives for heavy duty surface laminations. This adhesive bonds to plastics and metals, including sheet metal, stainless steel. Actually been trying to find this for a long time no one else had it in stock. This is good stuff

Pros: Very strong bond. Relatively quick to be ready to bond. Con: cement is a dark gray/green color and soaks through wool headliner material to stain the finish side of the bond. I was forced to use another contact cement that dried clear in areas where the back side of the bond was visible.

No, PolyFiber does not recommend it. Poly-tak is the glue used with the Polyfiber system.
