Works as advertised if used per the instructions. Not easy to use on door seal but that’s the nature of the task. Tedious. Take your time. The adhesive will set quickly (get tacky) on each piece and will bond instantly when seal meets door. Read and follow the instructions and take you time and it will work well.
Thanks, Spruce, all went as expected. Will be back to you for other items very soon.
I used the 3M weatherstrip to repair a loose weatherstip on my 1960 C172. Very important to follow the manufacturer instructions about using a light film on both mating surfaces for best results. I have made the mistake of using too much and on one side only and the result was not as nice. I highly recommend this product!
