Instructions are how to install in a particular aircraft. Id rather have instructions on how to install it on a typical aircraft. Very solid Stall warning unit.

Per the supplier: Yes they have been installed in other aircraft.
The Mark 1 will work best for your installation per the manufacturer. The longer vane is for RV 9 installations.
MARK 1 - RV6/6A RV7/7A RV8/8A | MARK 2 - RV9/9A BR The manuals do not mention the RV14.
They recommend, Eaton Fulleon Askari Panel White 32 Tone Electronic Sounder.
