This rivet nut tool features a SPIN-PULL-SPIN setting sequence. In one touch the fastener quickly spins on, pulls the fastener, and with the release button, spins out of the fastener. Setting cycle is about 2 seconds. This means less thread deformation. The BP-60 Rivet Nut tool has a fully adjustable stroke for accurate insert placements, which requires less operator skill. Stroke adjustment is quick and easy, and is done from exterior of the riv nut tool. Mandrels are included with tool. Comes complete with sizes 8-32 through 1/2-13 or M4 through M12. "More Power" means this tool uses its huge 6800 lbs. of pulling force to set up to 1/2 (M12) steel rivet nuts with ease. Recommended operating air pressure is 80-100psi. Weight 6 lbs. |

The top in its class! Docs suck but gun is awesome at 6500lbs of force. Making 1/2” SS rivet nuts a cinch.

This is an excellent tool. The last one lasted over 10 years, setting 10s of thousands of nut-serts. Would be a 5 star if BP would get off their lazy tails and provide a real manual with it. The included docs are copy of copy of 13 year old garbage. No maintenance, no troubleshooting instructions.
Been using our BP-60 for 8 years in a production environment. GREAT and reliable tool. Still going strong. Would be 5 stars but the documentation is bad. Instead of a nice manual covering care and maintenance, I got copy of a copy of garbage. BP is non-responsive to my request for a manual. I will buy again and would recommend.
The rivnut gun was fairly nice. But the documentation lacked good instructions. Requiring us to buy replacement tooling. Disassembly of the gun was needed to figure out how to set it up properly.
