Q: What is the difference between PN:956-503 and PN:656-865? They are both listed as Oil Tank Assembly Metric.

Per our notes on the 656-865 tank, it was replaced by the 956-503. The new part # to use is 956-503.

Yes, it includes item 1 in the exploded view. Item 1 is the radiator itself.
