I thought these were laser cut. They were punched out which distorts the flatness and leaves pulled and smeared metal that may need grinding away to fit tubing. Then then it takes more sanding on a large belt sander to get flanges flat and parallel.
Poor quality mild steel flange. Not flat. Unfinished. Burrs and sharp edges.
