Bolt-Type Terminal
to small for the Bowden cable to go thru
Bolt-Type Terminal
Drilled hole position not correct for me but a great product
Bolt-Type Terminal
The wire hole is too small to take 1/4 bowden cable inner wire. Needs to be .079 at least. AS&S should also provide alternative using a AN4 bolt to fill larger holes in a mounting. Cannot drill out the AN3.... insufficient metal remaining and AN3 is sloppy in a 1/4 mounting hole. How about it boys??
Totally useless hole is in the wrong place and the bolt is too short
Bolt-Type Terminal
this item can not be used as replacement for a bug nut on my o-320 lycoming.(carb heat lever at carb). too short and hole wrong place.
The hole is in the wrong spot, it should be about 1/16 toward the end of the bolt

It is used to connect a solid wire to an actuator arm, similar to a throttle arm on a carburator. The bolt is a special drilled AN3-4, which is 3/16" diameter, and 17/32" long. You would slide the bolt through the arm hole, slide the solid wire through the drilled hole in the bolt, and tighten the nut supplied to secure the solid wire at that location on the arm.
It has 10-32 threads.
The hole is .075", it should work with all of our solid wire end controls.
