I use the 1.25 inch diameter cone shaped washers to fasten rigid cement board to substrate plywood and substrate rigid insulation board, so fasteners be flush-mounted to the finished surface. The 0.75 inch diameter washers are too small for this purpose. May i suggest to restore the availability of the 1.25 inch diameter units.

For this particular part number you would want a .140-.147" hole, a #28 or #27 drill would work.
