Did not work as well as the 510 material for me. When shipped folded, it created creases.
3M Safety Walk 610 2 Width
Sticks well, has a good texture. Replaced entry step anti-skid with this. Bonded well after surface cleaned with Xylol and dried. Will have to see how it holds up over time, but happy with it for now.

There is not a set process, but 1300L is typically brushed, flowed, or sprayed on to a surface. We believe brush would be the best option for this application.
We see no data on application temps. Min opp temp is -40 c and max is 79 c.
