as shown
Pitot Tube Protector 1/2 O.D.
Installed two on a Cessna 182 for pitot & D-100 angle of attack probe. Worked get.
I really like the pitot tube protector. It would be better if the legs were longer to accommodate larger pitot tubes. I had to add them to mine to make it fit.
Has a cotterpin for the hinge pin wants to be sticky sometimes replaced with a roll pin much better operational
Pitot Tube Protector 1/2 O.D.
Works great but is made for a very small pitot tube. I had to modify it to fit my pitot tube.
The cotter key hinge does not reliably permit free movement of the mechanism. Im not going to leave it installed and will instead continue to employ a remove before flight cover.
