Overview

The basic flight instrument for co-ordinated turns. Available in two styles:

Rectangular model fits easily in cramped panel space.

Square model matches a 2-1/4" instrument hole, fits on either side of the panel.

Both feature finely crafted metal cases and precision ball and tube assemblies.

It is 2-1/2" wide, 1-3/8" high and 1/2" deep.

No, the Winter slip indicators are intended for use in experimental aircraft only.

Q: Can the liquid in the Winter Slip Indicators freeze at low temperature and crack open the slip indicator?

This is a kerosene based liquid with a very low freezing point.
