Q: How do you open and replace the batteries?

The back of the flashlight will unscrew allowing for installation of new batteries.

Q: Whats the difference between this and Part# 13-04917?

The only difference is color. 13-04917 is graphite in color, 13-04722 is black.

Q: How can I open to replace the battery?

Unscrew the bottom of the Mini Maglite (opposite side from the bulb) to replace the batteries.
