Reviews

As an airline pilot, I have used flight bags made by luggage works, and contrail. This is by far the cheapest construction of the three. Not bad, but the nylon is not as tough, and the zippers are not nearly as beefy. I needed something to carry both food and flight gear, and this seemed to be a good fit. I do not expect it to hold up like the other two flight bags, however. Also, with food/cold pack in the cooler section, the weight is significantly off-balance when trying to attach the entire set up to my rolling bag J hook. So it works best to detach the iPad section and slide it over the rolling bag handle, and hang the cooler section on the j-hook. Could easily be a five star bag and would be worth another $50 if they made a few design changes. One man’s humble opinion.

Q: Is the cooler portion of this bag is divided into two sections? If so, is the divider moveable or removable to make room for larger food items (wide Tupperware, etc)?

There is no divider inside the main portion of the cooler itself. The only part inside the cooler that is separated is the top zippered part of the cooler, which has its own separated insulated portion than the rest of the cooler.
