Great windsock/frame setup. I have bought the 18 inch hoop/sock before but the 24 inch hoop/sock is definitely BIGGER. Depends on how big you want. 3/4 threaded EMT or galvanized pipe with a 3/4” coupling of the same material screws on easily to the hoop and just needs to be stuck in the ground from there as the hoop has its on bearings to rotate on.

The frame spins easily and is sensitive to the wind. It is well made. It arrived undamaged, was well packaged and in good time. It was a couple of days later than estimated, but it was ordered over Christmas.

Solid construction, should last a long time. Bearings make it swivel so easily! Well worth the $.

Bought this for my dad, he loved it. Storm blew it away and Im buying him another one!

After a quick nspecting the Ball Bearing Windsock Frames upon receiving it I found the rubber top cap is possibly truly the weakest link for this other than that, seeming great product. When the rubber cap fails it will expose the bearings to eventually leading to bearing failure. I plan to correct this for problem prior to its failure. Other than that, prior to installation this product looked to be well constructed. The wire ties were of poor quality and no extras ones included. The welded structure itself looked to be made well and powder coated.

One frame had some scratches as they usually do but the other one was in terrible shape with then black coating completely gouged off in spots on all 4 legs of the frame and the top was scratched. It should never have been shipped that way. I let them know so they would do something about it for me which they did. I will make sure to ask them to check the frame over before shipping next time.
