These windsock ball bearing extended frames are a rugged design constructed of a welded steel construction and then a powder coated finish for corrosion protection. They incorporate the same high quality construction as our standard ball bearing frames with the added performance of an extened frame. They incorporate a two bearing pivoting design for effortless pivoting. These frames are ready to be mounted on a 3/4 female pipe thread for the 13and 18 frames. Use 1 female pipe thread for mounting the 24" and 36" frames. |
Great wind sock frame, strong and durable will last a long time , the 18 in, dia. Works great for my 2800 ft. Airport
18 Frame has been exposed to all the elements here in the Philippines and within view of the sea, for the past 15 months. Still preforming as expected. Past due for replacing the sock but would recommend this unit.

Yes, you should order the same sized sock as the frame. Both would be 13".
