I am installing a new headliner after the original has been in the aircraft for 49 years. These air vents are not the $100 units originally installed, but they fit perfectly, look great, have a larger air vent opening, and do not break my wallet. I can deal with pushing the little lever to open the vent rather than twisting the original vents. These are great.

If you can avoud using these do. They look okay, but function poorly. The plastic binds so badly they are extremely difficult to move around. The airflow adjustment is unlike the original equipment. With these instead of rotating the finger grip, you insert your finger into the vent opening and manually move the movable vent door. On the upside the vent opening is a bit larger than my Cessna original. I will continue to use my old Cessna vents even though they a bit broken up, at least they function better.
