American made Lexan polycarbonate sheet is a very strong plastic which is guaranteed by manufacturer against breakage when used as a window for a three year period. It will scratch like acrylic sheet, but will not break. Clear, masked both sides. Sheet size: 48" x 96". Sold in 2'x2' increments only. Order by part number (see table).

No, .093 cannot be rolled or it will break.

This is a Monogal Poly Carbonate.

Q: Can .080 or .060 be rolled for ground shipping?

Up to .060 can be rolled. .080 cannot be rolled.

Q: Is the 4x8 of lexan 0.06 all in one piece part # 03-50310?

Yes, the 4x8 is sold as one sheet.

Q: anyone ever use this stuff for a UTV/ side by side windshield

We do not have any experience in this application. It may work great but we cannot say for sure.
