Q: Does your cam lock replacement kit (your p/n 04-02812) come with enough units for BOTH engine cowls (PA34-200T) and can you supply the cam lock pliers for the installation of this part? If so, please can your provide the correct p/n for the pliers. Thanks

Yes, this would be enough units for both engine cowls. As for pliers take a look at P/N# 4P3 or P/N# 12-01475.

Q: P/n 04-02814 (Cloc Phillips) does for both engine cowls, or for one only? Thanks

P/N# 04-02814 will be for both of the engine cowls.

Q: Are all of the items in the picture included for P/N 04-02796, such as the receptacle? Are specific tools needed for installation?

The kit includes Qty 95 1/4 turn fasteners and retaining rings. It is a direct replacement kit, so it replaces the existing studs with stainless. No receptacles.
