Q: Does the flattener come with extra catalyst for aerothane or do I need to order extra?

The flattener does not come with catalyst. You will need to purchase more catalyst if required. Aerothane top coat normally will come with the required catalyst on the order.

Q: Can this be used to flatten the epoxy primer?

The epoxy primer should already be flat. This is only approved for use with enamel, ranthane, and aero-thane.

Q: Is this flattener used in addition to, or in lieu of, thinner when mixing with Poly-Fiber enamel for spraying?

It is used in addition to the recommended thinner for the top coat being used.
