Works well! Unfortunately it does not have a power switch. because I have no idea how long one battery last, I take out the battery at the end of the day, which is not handy....

It is the US Nato or called helicopter U/174U plug.

Yes, this adapter will work with the Bose A20 U-174 headset.

Q: How do you know when the battery runs out? Other than that the mike stops working?

The battery should last 40 hours, the battery should be changed every 40 hours no matter the times it has been used. Also removing headset and the adapter after each flight.
