Q: Is the Airbus side of the Airbus to Dual GA adapter PA-97.5 the female XLR5 plug?

The PA-97.5 uses a Female XLR-5 connector on one end and dual male GA plugs on the other. It is designed to convert a headset that has the 5 pin Male XLR-5 plug on it to be used in a GA environment that uses dual plugs.

Q: If I have a headset like the Telex Airman which had ANR, will I be able to get power through the plugs using this system?

No, you will need to use battery power for the ANR to work.
