The AV-525 FAA/TSO is a VOR/LOC/GS antenna similar in style to the AV-12 but utilizes an internal balun transformer. The antenna is rated at speeds up to 350 mph and altitudes up to 50,000 feet. It is a direct replacement for the CI 157P.

This antenna does not come with a cable. You will need to measure the distance from your unit to the antenna and get a custom coax built for that. We offer custom coax assemblies on our website. The cable will need to have BNC male connectors on both ends.
Per the manufacturer, the ideal mounting location for the VOR, LOC & GS V Dipole Antenna is on top of the vertical stabilizer
