Any product eligibility information provided here is based on general application guides and we recommend always referring to your specific aircraft parts manual, the parts manufacturer or consulting with a qualified mechanic.

Q: Will the Rami AV-532 work with Piper PA28R-180?

Nav antennas are not designed for any specific aircraft as you will have to have your installer confirm the footprint that will fit in the mounting location. We sell many of these as they are sized for most general aviation aircraft.

Q: The AV-532 Antenna is listed as VOR/LOC/GS but the specification only show the VOR frequency range, does also cover GS/LOC as well?

Per the manufacturer: Even though the antenna was only FAA TSOd for VOR/LOC (TSO C40c) many years ago, it will still receive the glide slope signals directly with newer NAV receivers or with the use of an appropriate VOR/LOC/GS splitter box on older equipment.

Q: How can connect the antenna with a Garmin G5? The antenna needs two cables? One for VOR and one for LOC/GS?

This antenna cannot connect directly to the G5. You require a NAV unit to distribute the signal accordingly.
