Overview

2 OZ. NYLON RELEASE PLY - #5201 SRB is a smooth nylon fabric which has been scoured and heat set so that it is contaminate free and will not shrink during the laminate cure cycle. It is then coated with a special release blend. The peel ply may be used for composite manufacturing and metal bonding, but is not recommended for use with resin systems containing phenolic. Thickness: .005". Width 60". Sold by the yard.

Q: What temperature is the nylon release ply rated to?

The max temp would be 450 degrees F.

Q: Can this peel ply be used with West Systems resins? The description says not to use with resins containing phenolic, but I cant determine if West Systems contains phenolic. Thanks!

This can be used with West system products.

Q: Is this folded (have creases)?

This is on a roll, it does not have creases.
